Forgot your username and/or password for your domain control panel login?

If you forgot your user name and/or password for your web hosting domain control panel login. Enter your Domain Name, and your password will be E-mailed to you (example. yourdomain.com). This information and instructions (including FTP info) will be emailed to the email account holders on record. (this is only for webhosting account hosted on our servers)

If you have not received this information within 20 minutes, or if your email address is out of date, please contact our customer support and select "ask a question" and open a support ticket. Please include your domainname.com. If the email addresses on the hosting account are no longer working, please include your domain name and user name and the last 4 digits of the credit card on record for the account for verification purposes. We do not give out passwords out over the phone.

This is not a retrieval for email passwords. Passwords for email accounts are reset/changed via the "Mail Manager".
Please login to your domain control panel (if needed, retrieve the user name and password first, see above).
Go to the "Mail Manager."
Click on the email account on the left hand side in the gray area.
It then gives you the option to change the password in case forgotten.
Passwords for email accounts cannot be retrieved.
