    1. Can I use SSI on your servers. - Top

    Yes, you can use SSI on our servers.

    SSI stand for "server side include"

    In order for you to use SSI you need to give your SSI pages the .shtml extension

    You can also use ssi with .htm or .html
    In that case you need to add the following lines to the .htaccess file.

    AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .html
    AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .htm
    AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .shtml
    AddHandler text/x-server-parsed-html .html
    AddHandler text/x-server-parsed-html .htm
    AddHandler text/x-server-parsed-html .shtml

    We do support Microsoft Frontpage 2000 - 2003

    We allow you to install Microsoft's Frontpage Extensions on your account. This can be achieved through your account control panel.

    Yes, you have your own CGI-BIN and can upload via FTP
    or our file manager your own cgi scripts.
    5. Do you have your banner or advertising on my web site. - Top

    No, we do not have our banners or forced advertising on your site.
    It is your hosting space and it is up to you what to upload to it.

    Your site is banner and advertising free.
    6. Are there any hidden fees. - Top

    No we have no hidden fees.
    7. Do you charge domain hosting transfer fees. - Top

    If you have already a domain name registered or hosted someplace else we do not charge hosting transfer fees.

    I you have already a domain name we can host that also.
    All you pay for is the hosting package/plan of your choice.

    We do not charge set up or domain transfer fees.

    Example:
    If you have already a domain that you want to use you sign
    up for a monthly "Basic" plan all it would cost you is $5.95
    10. How can I upgrade my account to another plan - Top

    You can upgrade your account via you domain control panel upgrade button.
    Our system will calculate what you have left in unused $ and what it will cost for the new plan. Upgrades are instant..


    There are no penalties or upgrade fees.
    11. Do you charge upgrade fees? - Top

    No we do not charge upgrade fees.
    12. Are there any restrictions to the content I can put on my space? - Top

    Yes, please view the Internet Planners, LLC Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service Agreement.

    13. How much traffic do I get - Top

    The amount of traffic varies with your hosting plan.
    Less then 1 gig of traffic is normally plenty for a normal web site. Our Basic hosting plan comes with 6 GIG.
    The transfer rate is calculated on a monthly basis starting at the 1st of the month.
